Join us in-studio for a high energy, fun 1 hour class - great for ALL LEVELS of dancers. All DivaDance classes start with community time to get to know the squad and kick off with a high energy warmup/stretch. Then you'll get sexy and sweaty while you learn an all levels, low-impact cardio dance choreo routine featuring original, fierce choreography influenced by your favorite music videos and pop songs. Before we finish off with a sexy cool down, you'll have the chance to cheer on your fellow dancers and capture video of the routine on your phone. After class, join our private Facebook group to get access to your group's video (participation in the video is totally optional). Because spots are limited for capacity and may sometimes have a waitlist, we will be strictly enforcing late cancel and no show policies.

This class will be partially FILMED for a TV news station. By signing up for this class, you consent to be filmed for television purposes. The format will be the same as a normal class!

Members & Staff! HQ is hosting a free monthly community-wide livestream class, broadcast via Zoom for all active Members and Staff across the country! Taught by rotating instructors each month, this will be an awesome opportunity for our community to dance together (virtually!) Registration is required and the zoom link will be emailed to those signed up at least 5 min prior to class time. Note that these will not be recorded - they are only available to live attendees.
